Leveraging her extensive brand marketing experience, Tina Beckwith will oversee LIMRA and LOMA’s marketing department, driving strategy and execution across thought leadership, product marketing, brand, communications, and digital marketing that will align with the overall enterprise growth of LIMRA and LOMA. She is responsible for driving member engagement with more than 1,200 LIMRA and LOMA member companies worldwide.

Prior to LIMRA and LOMA, Beckwith held leadership positions at MetLife and Aetna and was most recently the senior vice president of marketing and communications for Beacon Health Options, an Anthem company.

Beckwith has a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Central Connecticut State and an M.B.A. from the University of Hartford.

Judy Busby is senior vice president and managing director for The Jacobson Group’s executive search practice. She manages C-level, board director, vice president and other executive-level searches for clients in the life, health, and property and casualty insurance markets. Judy delivers meaningful search and selection consulting, helping her clients access the leaders they need to drive their businesses forward. Her impressive career track record of organizational development and high-performance leadership also includes roles with publicly-traded companies, as well as running her own management consulting firm. Most recently, Judy served six years as the head of Jacobson’s executive search practice, providing leadership and strategic direction to the team.

Steve Chorlins leads client marketing for RGA’s Americas region, the reinsurer’s largest business segment. He is responsible for setting and delivering upon the marketing strategy for all lines of business, which includes individual and group, life and health, financial reinsurance and technology solutions, across North, South, and Central America.

In this role, he leads an expert team focused on broad-scale campaigns to demonstrate ways RGA’s unparallelled expertise, value, and portfolio of innovative solutions can help insurers minimize risk, optimize programs across the insurance value chain, and provide cover to more people. Under Steve leadership, the team has expanded the RGA Americas’ thought leadership program, implemented a state-of-the-art marketing automation platform, and launched new campaigns and programs that extend RGA’s reach to support the company’s purpose: to make financial protection accessible to all.

Steve joined RGA in 2014 with extensive experience in the insurance and group benefits space. Prior to joining RGA, Steve directed product marketing for Fortune 20 pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts, led regional marketing across all lines of business for professional services firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), and was an independent life and health insurance broker serving individuals and small groups.

He holds a degree in Communications from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, maintains a life and health producer’s license, and is an active member of several marketing and insurance professional organizations.

Michele Frey leads the Marketing area for Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance Group. In this role, she has responsibility for developing and deploying omnichannel marketing strategies that inspire advisors and consumers to consider Prudential as their provider of choice. Her team leverages marketing technology and insights to deliver compelling, engaging campaigns that address specific needs and delight target customers. As a leader, Michele has a passion for nurturing talent. In April 2019, she was acknowledged by her peers in the Women Unlimited LEAD program for giving feedback and challenging others in the program to grow in their own leadership journeys. With more than 18 years’ experience at Prudential, Michele has worked in their Retirement, Individual Life Insurance and Annuities divisions. Her responsibilities have spanned a variety of leadership roles in Business Strategy, Marketing, Market Research and Client Relationship Management.
