Join us for an overview of LIMRA's BEAT (Benefits and Employee Attitude Tracker) study, a new annual survey monitoring employee attitudes and opinions about employment in general and benefits in particular. You will learn about employee:

  • Preferences for benefit communication and enrollment
  • Satisfaction with benefits
  • Attitudes toward work and factors they look for in a potential employer

Kimberly A. Landry

Associate Research Director, Workplace Benefits Research, LIMRA and LOMA

Kim conducts quantitative and qualitative research on hot topics within the employee benefits industry, with a specific focus on employer and employee perspectives. She is also responsible for LIMRA’s worksite and supplemental health research programs. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events. Kim joined LIMRA in 2008. She received her bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and her master's degree from the University of Hartford.

Mary Lesch, Ph.D.

Research Methodology Director, Research Quality & Performance, LIMRA and LOMA

Lesch joined LIMRA in 2018. She is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and has a background in risk perception, behavior change, and technology acceptance. She has published in academic and professional journals and served on the editorial board of the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied. She received her master’s degree and Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
