Highlights

The LIC Technology Committee Meeting is a chance for executives from small-to-midsize life insurance companies and fraternals, and relevant service providers, to get together in a unique peer networking meeting. Join us to learn, share your thoughts, and get feedback from others involved in smaller-company IT.

The meeting brings together 15-20 small-to-midsize life insurance company representatives and relevant vendors. The meeting will include speaker presentations as well as activity reports and facilitated discussion among the attendees. The itinerary includes introductions and discussion 2 - 4:30 p.m. on May 20, followed by a networking dinner, and presentations and luncheon ending at 2:00 p.m. on May 21.

Who Can Attend

The meeting is open to insurance company executives, with a discounted registration fee for LIC members, group discounts, and a discount for fraternal members of the American Fraternal Alliance. Affiliate Members/Vendors must sponsor the meeting in order to attend (see LIC sponsorship opportunities).

In-Person Meeting

This meeting is planned as an in-person networking event.

LIC Committee Meetings are open to insurance companies/fraternals, as well as vendors/service providers that are sponsoring the meeting. Sponsorship Fee will be billed separately (see LIC Sponsorships).

  • LIC Member: $225
  • LOMA/LIMRA Member: $275
  • Nonmember: $375
  • Earlybird Discount: Sign up by April 29 and save $50
  • Group Discount: After one paid registration, use code GRP50 for 50% off additional attendees
  • Fraternals: AFA Member Societies save $100 - register at the AFA Website.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received by May 13, 2025, will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after May 13. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.

Getting There

Equisoft is about 20-30 minutes' drive from Philadelphia International Airport. Plan to arrive at the meeting at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, and the meeting will end at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21.
