The LIC Annuity Committee Fall Conference Call is a chance for executives from small-to-midsize life insurance companies and fraternals, and relevant service providers, to get together in a unique virtual peer networking meeting. Join us to learn, share your thoughts, and get feedback from other small companies involved in selling annuities.

Bruce Friedland of Friedland Consulting Services, LLC, will be giving an update on Principle Based Reserves for Fixed Annuities. In addition, registrants will submit topics they want to discuss, such as these from the last meeting: 

  • Conservation tools 
  • 1035 exchange / trustee-to-trustee transfers
  • E-application and new business workflow
  • Producer education and ease of doing business
  • The effect of best interest rule on annuity sales 

The meeting is open to insurance company executives, with a discounted registration fee for LIC members. Affiliate Members/Vendors must sponsor the meeting in order to attend. Find out about LIC sponsorship opportunities.

Registration

LIC Committee Meetings are open to insurance companies/fraternals. Vendors/service providers must be a meeting sponsor in order to attend.

Insurance Companies

  • LIC Member: $30
  • Nonmember: $45
  • Group Discount: After two paid registrations, use code GRPCOMP for the third and additional attendees to attend for free.
  • Fraternals: AFA Member Societies registrations is fully sponsored - register at the AFA Website.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations/substitutions and refund requests must be received in writing - please submit your request to customer.service@limra.com. A full refund is available until one day before the meeting (September 11, 2024). For cancellations received after that date, registration fees will not be refunded but substitutions are allowed.
