Who Attends

Individuals who lead workplace benefits initiatives, enrollment strategy or solutions, vendor and/or data exchange management, enrollment and/or benefit administration technology in North America. All participants should be highly experienced in their field.

Highlights

This is an opportunity for LIMRA member insurance companies, enrollment and benefits administration technology providers and brokers to participate in an open forum on how to work together cohesively and define better outcomes within the enrollment technology ecosystem. Our goal is to connect participants with peers and technology purveyors to learn, network, and share innovative ideas to help advance and reshape benefits enrollment and administration, including transformational industry-driven data exchange standards.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA and LOMA for any reason, LIMRA and LOMA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LIMRA and LOMA be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant. Attendee Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Email customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received before January 20th, 2025, will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from January 20, 2025, to February 3, 2025, will be refunded, less a $375 processing and administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after February 3, 2024.

Hotel Reservations

Reservations can be made by using the link above or by calling 1-800-253-1397 and mentioning the Enrollment Technology Strategy Seminar.

Make your reservations by Monday, January 20th, to receive the group rate of $239.00 single/double. Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes and $5.00 Hotel/Motel Fee in effect at the time of check-out.  Requests after January 20th will be accepted based on space availability. Please note that hotel rates will go up after January 20th or when the meeting room block sells out, whichever comes first. Make your reservations early to be able to take advantage of our discount rates.

Extend your stay: The group guest room rate will be offered three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the meeting dates, subject to availability at the time of your reservation. You may need to call the hotel directly to book the extra nights.

If you receive any unsolicited or suspicious email or phone call about a hotel booking in conjunction with this meeting, our advice is not to click on it, but delete the email immediately. In the case of a phone call, never give out your credit card information. Our designated conference hotels will not call you unless you contact them first.
