Ed Reps can access all reports using the centralized Ed Rep Tools utility. Reports for Ed Reps located in Ed Rep Tools include:
These reports provide information on individuals whose learning records exist within LOMA's learning system. If a user's record does not appear in the system, contact LOMA's Office of the Registrar for assistance.

Tabbing Through the Report
If your report is more than one page, click the arrows in the middle of the screen to scroll through the report.
Exporting and Printing
Click on the Export to CSV button to view the report in Excel or other options. You can then save, sort or print the information.
Click the button and follow the steps to quickly and easily batch enroll students in LOMA courses.

How can I allow students to charge enrollments to my company?
As your company’s Ed Rep, you have the ability to allow students to charge their enrollment fees for LOMA courses directly to your company. Please contact us at education@loma.org to enable this feature.
If you do not enable the Bill My Company feature for your learners, they will be able to purchase enrollments for themselves using a credit card.

Our Ed Rep Tools utility contains a number of reports and other tools to help you manage your learners. To view the list of available reports, visit Managing Professional Development and look under Reporting Tools. From this page, you can also launch the Ed Rep Tools utility.
