The Professional Industry Education Award honors LOMA member companies excelling in learning and development through increased designation course enrollments and exceptional course completion rates in LOMA’s designation courses.
Criteria to Achieve This Award:
- A minimum of 50 LOMA designation enrollments purchased during the year (Jan 1-Dec 31).
- A minimum 5% increase in designation enrollments from prior year.
- Enrollments that received a passing grade represent at least 85% of all enrollments that were passed, failed, or expired during the year.
- A minimum 5% increase in students enrolling in a designation course for the first time
In addition, companies must maintain good standing with LOMA to be eligible for the award, demonstrating integrity in test administration. Annual membership dues should be paid promptly to ensure continued eligibility. Organizations should have no significant outstanding invoices exceeding 90 days past due. Only full members can receive this award. Affiliate members are not eligible.
How it Works:
Companies who receive this prestigious award will receive a digital certificate, delivered via email to the designated LOMA Primary Educational Representative (Ed Rep), ready to be printed and proudly displayed.
Reports will be generated each January to identify qualifying companies, with award notifications sent by the end of the month.
The first Professional Industry Education Awards will be awarded in January 2026 based on 2025 enrollment data.
