Kick off this important networking event with a round-robin introducing each participant and hearing the key initiatives and challenges they are facing this year.

By request, this informative session will include summaries of three LIC members’ AI journeys.

Brian Luther, CEO of Navy Mutual, will discuss his organization’s AI strategy and share a framework the company will use to hold itself accountable as it incorporates artificial intelligence as a tool to grow. Tony Mravle, President and CEO of KSKJ Life and Brian Young, CEO of LCBA Life, will discuss their discovery and implementation paths in partnership with iCover, a leading AI implementation company that specializes in helping insurers reach middle market consumers. Nicole Mwesigwa and Hari Srinivasan from iCover will add their perspectives and provide the latest compliance news related to AI.

The morning session will focus on what AI is – and what it is not, defining and designing an AI strategy, and insurance company use cases.

In the afternoon session, we’ll discuss how to go about identifying partners to help with AI development, benefits and risks of implementing AI, and current or looming compliance and regulatory issues, with time for open discussion and Q&A.

Meet in the hotel lobby at 3:45 p.m. for bus transportation to Tampa, where we’ll be treated to a very special dinner at the iconic Bern’s Steak House. Wine cellar and kitchen tours will add to the unique culinary experience. Dress code: Semi-Formal, jackets and ties encouraged.
