Certificate of Regulatory Compliance Essentials
December 4, 2013
We have received great feedback on our new online compliance courses: AIRC 411 – The Regulatory Environment for Life Insurance and AIRC 421 – Regulation of Life Insurance Products, Sales, & Operations. These courses are in the online, interactive format that students love. This format with the exams included, provides a great way for your employees to learn this essential information.
AIRC 411 helps learners understand the regulatory environment in which your company operates, and appreciate the complex issues surrounding state and federal regulation of the life insurance industry, life insurance companies, and life products. And AIRC 421 covers the statutory and regulatory requirements that various types of insurance products must meet, licensing requirements for those who sell insurance products, and the regulation of specific activities and areas of company operation, such as sales, marketing, underwriting, and claims.
After completing these two courses, individuals will receive the Certificate of Regulatory Compliance Essentials. They can then continue their education by earning the Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC ) certificate.
If you have any questions about these new courses or this program, please contact LOMA’s Office of the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
